West Coast Pilsner (IPL-ish)
Aroma: Bright citrus, grapefruit zest, tropical fruit, white grape and fresh-cut flowers from Citra and Hallertau Blanc over a clean cracker-like pils malt background. Very low sulfur. Clean fermentation profile. Appearance: Brilliant pale straw with excellent clarity. Dense white head with persistent retention. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied with moderate-high carbonation. Crisp, highly attenuated finish with a firm but smooth bitterness. Flavor: Clean, crackery malt supported by the rich bready character of Crisp Hana Heritage Malt. Assertive yet smooth hop bitterness balanced by vibrant citrus, tropical fruit, and floral notes. Finishes exceptionally dry, crisp, and refreshing.
