Belgian Blonde
Aroma: Moderate fruity esters (pear, light citrus), subtle spice from yeast, light honeyed malt, faint orange peel. Appearance: Pale gold, slight haze, moderate white head with good retention. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body, moderately high carbonation, smooth with a slightly dry finish. Flavor: Soft pilsner malt backbone with light sweetness, balanced by subtle bitterness. Fruity esters (pear, orange) and light phenolics. Cane sugar addition provides dryness and drinkability. Orange peel adds a gentle citrus lift.
