International Pale Lager
Land of Enchantment Lager German inspiration with an American West Coast Approach. Barke pilsner malt and Vienna for a simple malt base. Citra, Saaz, and the Pink Boots Blend from YCH, for bitterness and aroma. We added 1 pound per barrel in the whirlpool with a 150F hop stand. The other one pound per barrel went in for the dry hop. Tastes of soft, bready malt with lemon and tangerine aromas. Release Date: 11/5/19
